  1. Kicks (makeupstore) has the best customer service, easily. They care about the customers and listen their needs, give advices and reach for the right products for customer. Love from Finn.

  2. This happened to me, I don't use makeup, because this is the first time I'm shopping for makeup ( but it's another shop ) … so sad, disappointing, angry at the same time 🙈

  3. I've totally had them be super rude to me at Sephora when I went in with no make up on. I'm sure not all the stores are like that but mine is!

  4. I have gone to Sephora a few times to ask for a color match for a foundation and recommendations. One time they helped my friend; not me.

Then another time, seriously on my birthday, I asked why suddenly I was getting deep lines and a few other issues out of nowhere.

And the women seriously told me it was because I am “Old and ugly”🤬. Are you serious.

Told their boss and have never seen them their again.

Nobody has ever been as nice to me as she was to you. I no joke drop like $1k on makeup or products a month. Their loss.

  5. One of the many reasons I prefer ulta. A-cheaper😂(somewhat)
And b-they help. It’s not overwhelming and they don’t try to stay away. They’re rlly sweet

  6. Literally, have never seen a good makeup job on any Sephora worker in any Sephora or MAC I have been in so they need to stop acting high n mighty.

  7. I hate Mac there all mean and bz I go to York dale and the majority are mean rude but when u have money they will kiss ur ass I had my three girls with me I was dressed like a bum but I was gonna spend money because there teen girls

  8. Ya know if I ever did sometging like this my luck I would get in an accident and the hot paramedics and doctors will see my messed up make-up. Like no wonder someone hit her look at those different color streaks on her face and the highlighter she's definitely an alien.

  9. every sephora I've ever been into, like 90% of the staff were rude, disinterested and had a 'you're inferior to me' attitude

  10. If I worked there I would have taken one look at you and said "Girl that's tragic, let me help you". And I would have sat you down, whipped out my handy dandy blending brush and went to town on you while explaining every step.

  11. Idk why, but when I saw your contour in the light all I could think of was, “do you know how I got these scars?” 😂😂

  12. YouTube undercover shoppers should get paid by the store owners. Y'all are the best!! ❤️❤️👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻

  13. In my experience they’re always really nice at Sephora no matter what, at Mac they’re usually really bitchy and at Ulta I’ve noticed it really does depend on your makeup

  14. I’ve only had a few bad experiences at Sephora and they’ve mostly been the last times I went. But overall they’ve been very helpful even though I don’t know how to do my makeup at all. One time I came in looking specifically for a lip plumper and the male worker that was helping me said: “you don’t need it but if you want to purchase either way is your choice” I thought that was nice of him to have chosen to be honest rather than try to make a sale.
However I never go to MAC stores cause they always do the most to make me feel ignored.

  15. The Employee: Oh it's just Mar
    Mar: why no one helping
ME: Cuz they all know you a MA.
I laughed at the harsh contour lines on the side when you looked back at the guy.

  16. I work for Sephora in Leadership. (I don’t know if this was mentioned. So many comments!) I’m willing to bet the reason Dior was so heavily focused on like it was, was because it was a brand focus day. The lady at the studio was most likely a trainer from Dior. When they come, we have goals and contests set around the brand.

  17. The women works in sophora she needs a diet first before they look at it makeup she's worser than u

  18. I don't believe the second girl didn't go into product knowledge cause I heard her say this line is more glossy.

  19. Hi guys! I have a new INSTAGRAM account just for the followers of this channel 😍 it's @higuysimmar so if you like my content please give me an opportunity and follow me there! I'll be waiting for you, thank you for your support I LOVE YOU 💕

  20. I feel weird hearing her speak spanish i got so use to her spanish accout haha #belingue #loveit

  21. I think as long as you wear makeup you won't be discriminated against. If you don't wear makeup, you'll be ignored. I can't even do makeup, so

  22. The store employees may be afraid of getting fired if they say anything about customers makeup application if a customer complains. Sometimes people don't take advice positively

  23. Makeup is a touchy subject…people typically think they are doing it right… My niece, who is 16 thinks she knows EVERYTHING, her foundation is like 3 shades too light, she looks like a mime. So many people have told her, nicely, more directly… and ME Blunt AF … She's like. "I know what I'm doing, I watch Youtube tutorials"

  24. Mar : makeup looks good
Me: wait I thought u wanted it to look bad 0-0
I hope I win the MacBook Pro love this channel

  25. You should not have worn makeup at all. I know when i walk in bare faced i get ignored and talked down to….little do they know i can beat a face 💁

  26. I’ve worked at Sephora, and they will have brand events where a certain brand has a sales goal for the day, so that’s the brand employees
are to recommend first. New subscriber!! ❤️

  27. The 4.4k people that hated actually might do there make up like that so they feel afended maybe idk its just what I think 😅😆

  28. I went to both Mecca and sephora and they treating me so differently. Didn't even come up to me versus so many people coming up to me when I had make-up on. People in the make up community just don't want to help people who seem to have no clue about no makeup.

  29. Are each stores independently owned? APPARENTLY THAT STORE HAS NOT INVESTED IN PROPERLY TRAINING THEIR STAFF WHICH ALSO GIVE ME THE HINT, THEY ARE NOT HIGHLY,PAID, GIVEN BENEFITS OR GIVEN MOTIVATION NTO STAY PERSONALLY INVESTED IN THEIR JOB. ANY TIME I WENT TO SEPHORA, I HAD BEEN HIGHLY PROPERLY MADE UP, Just left work boutique clothes heals, heals diamond jewelry. Sales people would clamor to sell me crap. Back off. NO, IM ALLERGIC, YOU ARE NOT CHANGING MY MAKE-UP. PERHAPS, depends on store owners.

  30. You got some guts to step out like that so happily. I couldn't stop laughing. You're amazing girl.

  31. OMG could you please do it at the Mac store, they are always so rude to me 😫😫😫😫, I want to know if it's only with me or not

  32. So Sephora employee, Stores and the whole company should know Mar by now and they r probably expecting at any location etc 🎯

  33. Sephora employees are so rude!! I went in one day in my area, not wearing any makeup and not a soul came up to me and helped me!!

  34. I've never been much of a makeup person until recently I went to Sephora without makeup on and immediately felt judged by a few of the workers sorry I'm not perfect 🤦
