How to get the Winged Under Eyeliner Makeup Tutorial

hi guys for today’s video I thought
about it would show you how you can create an under eye liner which is a new
trend for 2018 and as you might know the new makeup trends are coming up with the
fashion shows because this is where the makeup artist are wanted to stand out so
that they can show them creativity and also what they came up with and the
under eye liner is one of them so I’m going to show you now step-by-step how
you can reach it and at the end you will see if you will like it or not and if
you would wear it or not so now without further ado let’s get right into this
video so at first I would like to share with you what I’m going to use and also
how I’m going to create it so for my brush at first I’m going to use a very
pointed brush which has just a few bristles so it’s nothing thick and this
will give me a sharp line so that I also can get it underneath on the lower lash
line then to clean up later on I’m going to take an angled brush so that I can
sharpen the actual winged eyeliner and then I’m going to use some a gel
eyeliner which is in a little pot this one right here and also a little bit of
concealer if I have done any mistakes to clean it up and also to sharpen the line
and this is also what I’m going to use so these are now my tools which I’m
going to use to create it and now we will move on to step number one so for
the first step we are going to create a line on your lower lash line so with the
normal eyeliner you would follow your upper lash line and then wing it out but
with this one because it’s an under eye liner we are going to create a line
right here underneath the lash line and you are not going to create it on your
waterline because it just should be underneath your lashes so right here
this is the part where I’m going to create a line later on and it is also
important that you are not going to follow the whole lash line but just
start in the middle of your eye underneath your lashes and then bring it
towards the outer corner and this is also the first step
which I’m going to do so I’m going to take a little bit out of the pot and now
with a little bit of product on my brush I’m going to follow underneath my lashes
so this is my guide line right here and I’m gonna start thing from the middle of
my eye towards the outer corner like this and now you can do it a little bit
thicker you don’t have to but I’m just going to create a straight line and also
a thicker line just make sure that when you’re creating
this line that it looks even so because of the lashes it can look a little bit
like unclean because there are some gaps in it but if you can fill them in
everything is fine and then later on we will move on to the second step like this now for the second step we
are going to wing it out so as you would do with the normal eyeliner you would
now follow your brow tail and then bring it back to the upper lash line but we
are now going to do the opposite so we are going to flick it out and then bring
it down to the lower lash line so at first I’m going to create a guideline
and then I’m going to fill it in so with a little bit of product I’m going to
create now my guideline like this so you don’t have to wait and also do little
strokes for this guideline because when you’re doing it a little bit more
flexible out of your hand then you will get the right wing and now I can work
with it and I can also connect it to the lower lash line so now I have created my
guideline and now I can work on it so I’m going to intensify the color and
then also bring it back to the lower lash line so now I have created a thicker wing and
now we can move on to the last step which is cleaning up a little bit
because as you can see I have like a little bump right here but I just want
to sharpen this wing right here so that I can get also the extension of the way
and then it will be as sharp as possible so for the cleaning up part I’m going to
use a little bit of concealer on the back of my hand
so that I can work little by little on it and then also can brush the rest of
it which I do not like or which has a little bit black on it on the back of my
hand so that I’m not going to mix the black with the concealer so now I’m
taking the angled brush and a little bit of concealer which is on the back of my
hand and I’m going to clean up at this line right here so there’s a little bump
in it and I would also like to clean it up so that it has also a sharp end and you always can wipe the rest of it
away on the back of your hand so that you’re not going to mess it up even more and now you can bring down the concealer so now I’m with the actual bump
and you always can go back with the eyeliner if you need to but at first I’d like to get a bump out
of the wing so now I like to go back with the
eyeliner so now I have sharpened up the winged
eyeliner and I also connected this tip right here with the outer corner of my
eye so that this will follow right in the outer corner of my eye so that this
will give me a thicker eyeliner so this is how you can create an under eyeliner
now you can do it a thicker or thinner as you like but this is also how I like
it because it just gets the attention of it and now I’m going to finish off my
second eye of camera to save some time and then I will be right back
so now I have created my second on that eyeliner and I just wanted to show you
just really quick how you can clean up any mistakes so that you always can go
back and forward with concealer and eyeliner so if you took away too much
you always can go back with the eyeliner and reapply it so as you can see it
hasn’t really a sharp end but the thickness I’m really happy with the
thickness just the end is a little bit like it’s more like a roundish end but
not really a sharp end so I’m going to take the angled brush and a little bit
concealer on it I’m going to sharpen it and you always can wipe the rest of it
on the back of your hand and also don’t forget to blend it in
into the skin and now at the end is little bit sharper
still messy but it’s where I wanted to so I want to get and also create a sharp
end and this is also what I got now but I always just want to wipe it away on
the back of my hand so that I’m not going to mess anything up but I don’t
want it to mess up now with the upper part you can see that it has a little
bit bleed into my lines and this is also where I’m going to choose a little bit
of concealer on the brush and I’m going to focus on the upper part right here and also don’t forget to blend it back
into the skin you can also take your finger if you’re
not messing up the rest of it and this is also one way how you can
correct any mistakes and also how you can just go and go back and also how you
can go back with your eyeliner if you want to reapply something so I’m going
back with the brush where I just have placed some eyeliner on it and I’m going
to deepen up this part right here so and this is also how you can correct
a wing and also to get a sharper edge so as I’m done with my second eye I just
like to match them so that they have the same length and as I personally feel
that this one is a little bit shorter and also the end is not as thick as on the other
side and I just want to match it so this is why I’m going back with the eyeliner
and I just like to thicken up the end a little bit so now I just added a little bit more
depth to the first winged eyeliner and now I (am 😉 )personally really happy with the end
result so this is now what the under eye liner should look like and I’m also
going to pop on some mascara onto my lashes and then I will be right back so
this is now the end result and what the under eye liner should look like and it
might take some practice and I know that you will think well you will need ages
to get this but you just need to practice a little bit and if you are
calm and you can sit down for a little bit and just be concentrating on what
you are doing you will get this because it all takes practice with everything
when you’re going to apply some makeup and later on when you’re getting used to
the motions which you need to create this on the eyeliner then you know
exactly what you should do and where you should apply it and you will need a few
minutes so this is all about practicing it and don’t be afraid just sit down and
sit in front of the mirror and try it for yourself and if it doesn’t work by
the first time then just we do it again because it’s all about doing it again
and also just practicing it and just be proud of yourself if you can do it and
this is everything what you can do with makeup so when you have something where
you didn’t know that you have some troubles with it or you think that you
can’t really do it because you are saying that you’re untalented then it
doesn’t need to be well it’s not really a talent it’s just all about practicing
it and to get the right motions to create something and this is all what I
can tell you from my experience when I’m learning something new as this under eye
line now which is also new to me so I just know that if I’m doing it a little
bit more than just one time then I know that I will get it in a few minutes and
that’s it so don’t be afraid and trust me you get to this point where you know
what you’re doing and now with the end result what do you think would you wear
this under eyeliner or are you afraid of wearing it
is this something where you would say I’m never going to wear it I personally
really like it I’m happy with the end result and also how it turned out and
it’s also something special so you don’t have to worry if you have hooded eyes
roundish eyes or whatsoever you all need to focus on your lower lashline and
that’s great because everyone has a lower lashline and so just experiment
with it and enjoy it and thank you so much if you’re following this
step-by-step think it also so much for supporting me and if you want to see
